Rates
The rental rates are all inclusive and cover sales and resort tax, utilities(including electricity for the air conditioning /heating), management company fees and cleaning after vacating. They have been set at a competitive level, well below the rates charged by the management company or travel tour operators who offer these units to holiday makers. As owners we are able to cut out the "middle man" to offer excellent value for money.
The condominium is available to rent on a weekly basis and the weekly all-inclusive rental rates for the condo (not per person) are:

SPECIAL OFFERS:
LOOKING for a LONG STAY? (35 days or more) between October and March (excluding Christmas and Easter) ask for the £38 / $60 per night special rate.
A deposit of £50 GB pounds ($75 USD) per week booked is required for bookings made more than 60 days in advance with the balance due no later than 60 days prior to using the accomodation.
